Acceptable Software / Files We can accept files created with Mac™ or Windows™ applications such as Quark XPress™, Adobe InDesign™, Adobe Photoshop™, Adobe Illustrator™, Adobe Acrobat™ (press-ready PDF), Macromedia Freehand™ (saved as EPS file), Corel Draw™ (saved as EPS file). If you need to work with documents from Microsoft Office™ applications such as Word™, Publisher™, or Powerpoint™, please make sure to save them as press-ready PDF with embedded fonts. Others - please call us at 615-826-8701 and we'll be happy to help you with your project. In most cases saving a press-ready pdf with embedded fonts will work. Tips / Guidelines • All colors set to CMYK process. • PMS colors converted to CMYK. • Areas with a large coverage of black should be built with a rich black (C=60, M=40, Y-20, K-100). • Photoshop files saved as flattened CMYK TIFF or EPS. • Images should be at least 300dpi at the printed size. • Always provide bleed (extra image the goes past the edge of the sheeet). • Do not use images from web pages. • Always provide all fonts or embed them where applicable (such as PDF documents). • Avoid font style buttons or attributes such as Bold, Italic, Shadow, etc. They can produce unexpected results.
